Enrollment Process

  • The online application can be downloaded HERE or picked up from the ACA School Office.

A non-refundable fee of $40 must be submitted with the application.

We encourage families to complete applications 1 month before the beginning of the school year.

Please submit this application via email to office@acazanesville.org or in-person at the front office.

  • As part of the enrollment process, all prospective students are required to take an entrance exam. This assessment covers reading, writing, and math skills appropriate to the grade level for which the student is applying.

Our ACA secretary will reach out to the parent or guardian to schedule a convenient time for the student to complete the exam on campus.

  • To complete the enrollment process, the following documents must be submitted before your student can be officially admitted:

    1. Birth Certificate

    2. Custody Documentation (if applicable)

    3. Cumulative Attendance Record (acquired from school offices)

    4. Transcripts from Other Institutions (if applicable)

    5. Report Cards from Other Institutions (if applicable)

    6. Standardized Test Reports from Other Institutions (if applicable)

    7. IEP/ISP Information (if applicable)

    8. Immunization Records

  • Once all documents and the application have been submitted, our admissions committee will review your student’s file. You will receive an email with the results. If your student is accepted, an official acceptance letter will be attached.

As a private institution, ACA reserves the right and privilege of setting and maintaining its own standard of student conduct, dress, and scholarship. The school maintains the right to refuse admittance to anyone and to suspend or expel anyone who violates the standards or rules of conduct as defined by the school. A student is admitted to ACA to a specified grade level on the basis of former records and an entrance test.
